1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hot Live, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Hot Live. Features and access may vary by account, app version, or availability.

2. Age and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Hot Live. Access by anyone under 18 is not permitted, even with parental consent.
• Provide accurate account information and use a sign-in method supported by the app, such as Google sign-in.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share access to your account.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility to use the service.

3. Using Hot Live

Hot Live provides access to livestreams and related social interactions. Some public content may be viewable without signing in, while comments, reports, account management, or other interactions may require authentication. We may introduce, change, restrict, or discontinue features as the service develops.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and must have the rights and permissions required to share it. When you upload, broadcast, or publish content, you grant Hot Live a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display it only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish or communicate, including livestreams, images, audio, comments, and messages, and for respecting the rights, privacy, and consent of others. Content shared through public features may be viewed, copied, or retained by other people, including by means outside Hot Live's technical control. Removal from Hot Live may not remove copies held elsewhere. Public access to content does not itself authorize its unlawful copying or distribution.

We may restrict, interrupt, or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable requirements, and may take action on the relevant account.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

Use Hot Live lawfully and respectfully. You must not use the service to:

• Publish or promote unlawful, pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material. Hot Live is not an adult-content service, even though access is restricted to users aged 18 and over.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, blackmail, defraud, or encourage harmful behavior toward another person, whether through public or private features.
• Reveal, solicit, misuse, or distribute another person's private or identifying information without an appropriate lawful basis or permission.
• Impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, or collect data using unauthorized automated methods.
• Use the service to organize or facilitate activities that violate applicable law or endanger others.

These restrictions apply to all features, including livestreams, comments, profiles, and private messages, where available.

6. Personal Safety and User Interactions

Online interactions may expose information and create risks that extend beyond the service. You are expected to exercise reasonable care and judgment in deciding what to share, whom to trust, and how to interact with other people.

• Protect personal information. Avoid disclosing sensitive, confidential, or identifying details about yourself or others, including precise locations, home addresses, contact details, identity documents, financial information, and personal routines, unless disclosure is genuinely necessary and appropriate. Details visible or audible in a broadcast can also reveal information unintentionally.
• Consider the visibility of what you share. Public broadcasts and interactions may be observed, recorded, or redistributed by people outside your intended audience. Private communications also involve other participants who may retain or disclose information. Exercise care before sending personal materials or sharing information that you would not want made public.
• Use judgment in interactions. Statements, identities, intentions, and offers made by other users may be inaccurate or misleading. Hot Live does not generally arrange, verify, or supervise personal relationships, independent transactions, or activities occurring outside the service. Do not rely on an online interaction as a guarantee of another person's identity, conduct, or safety.
• Act on safety concerns. Stop an interaction that makes you feel unsafe and report concerning behavior through an available reporting channel. If you believe anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities; Hot Live is not an emergency-response service.

No online service can eliminate every risk arising from other people's conduct. These precautions do not excuse misconduct by others or diminish Hot Live's obligations under applicable law.

7. Coins, Gifts, and Optional Digital Features

Hot Live may offer virtual coins, gifts, or related balances in supported versions of the app. Availability is not guaranteed. If a paid transaction is offered, the price and applicable payment terms should be presented before confirmation.

Virtual items are features of the service, not cash or legal tender. Transfer, redemption, refund, expiration, or withdrawal rights exist only where expressly provided by the relevant feature terms and applicable law. Transaction errors, fraudulent activity, and payment reversals may result in a review or adjustment of related balances, subject to applicable requirements. Contact support about disputed activity.

8. Intellectual Property

Hot Live branding, software, and platform materials belong to Hot Live or their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant you rights to use those materials outside the normal operation of the service without permission. Your rights in your own content remain subject to the limited service license stated above.

9. Reports, Safety, and Moderation

We may assess reports and relevant safety information, restrict or interrupt livestreams, remove material accessible through Hot Live, and restrict or terminate accounts where appropriate. Detection and review may use available technical measures, user reports, and human assessment. Because livestreams occur in real time, not every violation can be identified or prevented before it is seen.

Report prohibited content, threats, privacy concerns, or suspicious behavior using an available in-app reporting control or by emailing [email protected]. Describe what happened and provide a username, relevant link, or approximate time where possible. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive files in an initial report.

We assess concerns based on available information, take action within our control and in accordance with applicable requirements, and may retain proportionate incident records or cooperate with competent authorities where legally permitted or required. We do not control independent copies or activities on third-party services. Response times depend on the circumstances; no fixed time is promised here.

10. Service Availability

Hot Live is provided on an “as available” basis. Livestreaming quality, device compatibility, account features, and third-party integrations can vary or be interrupted. We work to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. User Responsibility and Limits of Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own conduct, decisions, communications, and information they choose to disclose, as well as for complying with these Terms and applicable law. Content and statements from users do not represent Hot Live's endorsement. Other people remain responsible for their own independent actions.

Hot Live provides a communications platform; it does not generally direct or supervise users' personal decisions, relationships, independent arrangements, or conduct occurring outside the service. We do not guarantee another user's identity, intentions, honesty, or behavior, or that communications and publicly shared material will remain confidential once disclosed to others.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hot Live does not assume responsibility for independent actions or losses caused solely by other users or third parties beyond Hot Live's control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility for Hot Live's own unlawful acts, failure to perform mandatory duties, or any consumer, privacy, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived. Users retain the right to report misconduct and seek remedies available under law.

12. Account Restrictions and Deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, poses a safety or security risk, or must be restricted by law. To request deletion of your own account, email [email protected] from the registered email when possible. Ownership verification and legally required data retention may apply. 13. Applicable Law

Use of Hot Live and these Terms is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms when features, policies, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published here with the revision date. Where appropriate or legally required, we will also provide notice through available service channels.
